About the role :
We are looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager who can own Digitap’s presence across industry events, conferences, roundtables, and CXO engagements. This role combines event execution, vendor management, on-ground operations, and post-event content creation. You will be responsible for ensuring Digitap shows up with excellence — every single time.

Key Responsibilities :
Event Planning & Execution :
- Plan, execute, and manage Digitap’s participation across BFSI events, conferences, roadshows, meet-ups, CXO roundtables, and workshops.
- Own end-to-end logistics: registrations, booth coordination, branding, travel, shipments, reporting, and lead management.
- Coordinate with sales, leadership, and cross-functional teams for event calendars, requirements, and post-event follow-ups.
Vendor & Stakeholder Management :
- Manage external vendors for printing, design, booths, merchandise, video, and photography.
- Ensure high-quality on-time delivery of all collateral and event assets.
- Negotiate vendor costs and ensure budget adherence.
Collateral Creation :
- Create and coordinate the development of presentations, brochures, table mats, case studies, one-pagers, and booth content.
- Work with designers and internal teams to maintain brand consistency.
Content Around Events :
- Write event announcements, event recap posts, speaker intros, scripts, and post-event summaries.
- Capture on-ground stories, interviews, highlights, and customer interactions to develop content for social media.
Reporting & Analytics :
- Track event ROI, lead quality, opportunity conversions, and share post-event reports.
Requirements :
- 3–6 years of experience in event management, Product marketing, field marketing, or B2B marketing.
- Strong understanding of B2B SaaS or BFSI ecosystem (preferred).
- Ability to write concise, engaging content for social media and long-form summaries.
- Excellent project management and vendor coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India.
