Job role:
We are looking for Java Backend Developers to join our engineering team and help us develop/maintain various software products in Onboarding, Alternate Data and other Categories. As a developer, responsibilities include design, writing and testing of code, deployment and debugging issues . The candidate would engage with customers on requirements, and also involve in product roadmap development & feature rollout by working closely with other teams.
Experience:
- Have worked on Java Backend development for at least 2 years with more than 2 projects.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Java with a good understanding of its ecosystems
- Good knowledge of AWS/Cloud and running Java programs in Cloud.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
- Basic Understanding of the concepts of JDBC (Java Database Connectivity)
- Understanding of ORM
- Good understanding of MYSQL
- Design pattern, module architecture design
- Ability to write clean, readable Java code
- Experience with designing and developing REST APIs
- Knowledge of code versioning tools Git
- Understanding of building tools like Maven, Gradle, etc
- Having knowledge in GoLang/Python would be advantageous
- Self-learning qualities with track record of picking up new skills while on job.
- Team player & ability to learn new technologies
