Role Overview: We seek an AVP – Account Management with 12+ years of experience to own and scale relationships with our most strategic customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SaaS account management, revenue growth, and customer retention, with the leadership skills to drive long-term partnerships. 

Key Responsibilities (KRA)
• Strategic Client Relationships: Act as the primary executive contact for key accounts, fostering trust and alignment with C-level stakeholders. 
• Revenue Expansion: Identify and execute upselling/cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value. 
• Customer Success: Proactively address challenges, ensure high satisfaction, and minimize churn through data-driven engagement. 
• Account Planning: Develop and implement tailored account strategies to deepen engagement and ROI. 
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes. 
• Data-Led Decision Making: Leverage analytics to anticipate customer needs and align Digitap.ai’s solutions. 
• Contract Leadership: Own renewal negotiations and commercial terms to sustain and grow partnerships. 

Skills & Qualifications: 
• Experience: 12+ years in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Enterprise Sales, with a focus on SaaS/Fintech/B2B tech. 
• Leadership: Proven ability to mentor teams and influence senior stakeholders. 
• Communication: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills. 
• Analytical Rigor: Ability to interpret customer data and market trends for strategic growth. 
• Technical Acumen: Understanding of SaaS models, APIs, and enterprise software workflows. 
• Ownership: Self-driven with a track record of owning high-value accounts end-to end.
