Role Overview-
We are looking for a Customer Success Executive to support clients in their day-to-day use of Digitap products. The role involves handling client queries, assisting with onboarding activities, investigating reported issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and a seamless client experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for client queries and issues.
- Investigate reported concerns and perform initial troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Support onboarding and implementation activities as required.
- Guide clients on product usage and expected behaviour.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications and issue updates.
- Ensure timely responses and follow-ups on client requests and concerns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer success, product support, technical support, operations, or similar client-facing roles.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON structures.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman will be an advantage.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
