What We're Looking For
We are looking to hire a smart product manager who is passionate about taking up ideas and bringing them to life. You will engage with our customer base directly, and decide the future of the product by working closely with key partners. You will also collaborate with marketing, sales and support to ensure that word gets out to people and they get to see what you are building.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis
- Collect and analyse data related to product performance, user behaviour, and market
trends.
- Utilise statistical techniques to draw meaningful insights from large datasets.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of product features and
initiatives.
User Research
- Translate user feedback into actionable insights for product improvement.
Competitor Analysis
- Analyze competitor products to benchmark against the company's offerings.
- Provide recommendations for product differentiation and competitive advantage.
Documentation & Communication
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to communicate key metrics and insights to
stakeholders.
- Document and communicate analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations.
- Maintain a repository of data and insights for future reference.
- Present findings to cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and
executives.
Reporting:
- Provide analytical support for decision-making processes.
Qualifications:
● Technical background mandatory (B.Tech or equivalent)
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Excel).
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
● Knowledge of product management principles is a plus
Experience:
● Previous experience in a data analysis or product-related role is preferred.
● Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is advantageous.
● Knowledge of the Fintech industry and market trends is a plus.
